Nope - Not Here

I likes to have a look around my home.

I really likes it when I finds a new spot.
This usually happens when my hooman opens something that's normally closed.

That's what he did this time.
He opened a drawer...and left it open.

I had a curious.
Why was it open?
What was in it?
What was behind it?

I hopped in to take a look.
Nothing particularly interesting.

Then I hopped into the space behind it.
Anything new?
Any treats?
Any catnip?
Any meeces?

I had a good look.
I had lots of sniffs.
I meowed at my hooman to say 'Nothing here?'

I stayed there for a bit as it was dark and enclosed - like a nice cardboard box.

Then I hopped back out again - bored.
I meowed my annoyance at my hooman.

I has been wandering about with many things to say today. I has meowed in my hooman's napping quarters. I has meowed on one window sill. I has meowed on the other window sill. I has meowed by the front door. I has meowed at the cupboards. I has meowed at the chairs. I has meowed at the table. I has meowed in every room. I has meowed lots of times at my hooman. Shoulder surfing

I has had lots of energy today - lots of zoomies! And when I has energy, I likes to catch my hooman by surprise. I sneaks up behind him, crouches on my back feets, then launches myself upwards... and lands on his shoulders. From here, I can walk backwards and forwards, purr in my hooman's ear, and give him catty headbutts to the face. Sometimes he says 'Frankie - you great lump', but I ignores him and keeps purring. Then he'll reach back and give me ear and head scritches. I has a happy. If he straightens up a bit, it becomes hard to stay on his shoulders...then I has to jump down. But I often come back later for more hooman shoulder surfing. It's fun.

Speedy red creature

I has a confused. I has a vexed. My hooman came in to see me before, in his napping quarters. And a creature seemed to follow him in. A tiny creature. A tiny, bright red creature. It shot out in front of me, so I tried to catch it between my paws. Then it zoomed off to the left, so I ran after it. I thought I'd caught it, but suddenly it appeared on my right. I ran over to it, engaged my butt in a pre-pounce wiggle, and pounced. I thought I had it again, but it reappeared in front of me. It ran past me a few more times, but I just couldn't hunt it down. This little red creature appears to be mocking me. It'll learn. I'll catch it soon.
